Refund Policy

The guarantee

If you are not happy, email contactus@aibewellthy.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain yourself.

This applies to Pro monthly, Pro annual and Lifetime Pro. The 30 days run from the date of your first charge.

How to ask

Email contactus@aibewellthy.com from the address you bought with. We will confirm within [RESPONSE TIME, e.g. 2 business days] and send the refund to the original payment method. Your bank usually posts it within five to ten business days.

What happens to your access

Access ends when the refund is issued. That includes the platform, the Online Video Academy and the Training Playground.

The 3D glasses

The glasses are a free gift and we do not ask for them back on a refund inside 30 days. [CONFIRM: is this what you want? If you'd rather they were returned, say so and this changes.]

After 30 days

Pro. Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-periods after the first 30 days.

Lifetime Pro. After 30 days a lifetime purchase is final. What “lifetime” covers, and what happens if the service ends, is set out in our Terms of Service.

Coaching

Coaching is bought separately and is not covered by this policy. Refund terms for a coaching engagement are set out in that agreement.

If something has gone wrong

If you are outside 30 days but something genuinely went wrong, email us anyway. We would rather hear it than have you file a chargeback.
